Probationary Period
Your appointment is subject to a probationary
period of three months. Over this period we
will jointly review your employment, where
either party may terminate this agreement.

General Requirements

1.7. Obligations of XXX
Unless absent on leave for reasons permitted
under this Agreement, XXX must devote his
complete time, attention and skill exclusively
to the Company during all normal working hours
and at all other times reasonably necessary
to fulfill his obligations.

must use his best endeavors to enhance the
financial position, profits, prospects, welfare
and reputation of XXX and its related entities
and not intentionally do anything which is
or may be harmful to those interests.
2.0
Protection Of Company Property

must not do or allow anything to be done which
results in the property of the Company being
seized or taken or otherwise.
2.1. Confidentiality
XXX is required to respect both the company's
and our client's confidentiality and therefore
not permitted to disclose or use or remove
any confidential information about the company
or its clients. This obligation extends beyond
his employment with us.

2.2.
Copyright
XXX owns the work undertaken during your employment
with the company. This relates to copyright,
intellectual property,and all and any related
material.
XXX may not use this material without written
consent of XXX. This includes but not limited
to XXX.
3.0. Annual Leave
XXX will be entitled to on a pro-rata basis
XXX days per annum.
Applications
for leave should be made as far in advance
as possible.
3.1. Public Holidays
All public holidays gazetted by the XXX are
observed.
3.2. Sick Leave
XXX will be entitled to X working days per
annum, accrued and is available for the year
it was accrued.
A
medical certificate is to be provided for
absences of two or more consecutive days.
4.0.
Termination
Termination of employment may be effected
by XXX or Director's on the provision of two
weeks notice, or by the company on payment
of two week's salary in lieu of notice.
